Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Hi this is a very common problem and usually happens when you change from one network to another.
all you need to do is call your service provider and tell them the make and model of phone you have got then ask them to send you the latest wap and mms settings, they wont charge you a penny for sending these and they will send them to your phone via text message this will then update your phone to the correct and latest settings and this will then allow you to access the net and also send and receive picture and video messages.
you can sometimes send the settings to the phone yourself via your service providers website but not all service providers have this on their site so you would need to check.
the quickest way would be to give them a call and ask for the settings they wont charge for this and it will solve your problem
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
