Question about Clarion DXZ775USB CD Player
Thank you for replying. I took it back to the shop again it does have a 2 year warranty we tried the mp3 on the shops demo model and their unit wouldn't play either (it reads the same coed as mine)so once again they are calling tech service. this is pretty crappy to have a 300$ CD player that doesn't do what it's supposed and then go to wal-mart and their little 43$ unit does play it.
p.s I looked up the err coed and it means that ther is a CD upside down in the deck
Call your store manager directly for any information you need. Just ask for the store manager. If he or she cannot help then call 1-800-WALMART and ask that your concern be forwarded to the District Manager and you expect a call back. My store manager tells me they will stand for you with the warranty people.
