Zynga is already aware of the problem and they are working on fixing it, they don't have an ETA for it but they said keep checking every hour.

There is a connection problem. If you are tyring to backup to an external source, it is either connected wrong or incompatible. If you are trying the PS3's own backup, then I don't know what's wrong.

Hi, the problem could be down to one of a couple of things the first and most commone is a dust build up on the runners inside the tray or the laser lense itself sometimes knocking on top of it would read the games for about 4 days. then knocking will stop working. if you have any warranty left then take it back and get them to fix it or replace it, if you have no warranty left then you could either pay someone to fix it or try fixing it yourself if you do it yourself goolge for xbox 360 repair guid and this will then list loads of sites that show you how to take it apart, doing this will void any warranty and can cause more problems if you get it wrong..
if after getting it cleaned or cleaning it yourself it still dont work then this points to the fact that the dvd drive is no longer working and will need replacing.

try a WET cleaning disk

The first step is to check the disc. If you are sure this is not aproblem with the game disc, then this is usually a problemwith either the laser inside of the Wii's drive, or some other issuegoing on inside of the DVD drive. there is a problem in your LCD. it is very easy...try this steps.
1.Open your screw at the back of your cellfone
2.remove LCD carefully.
3.You will see a wireconnector.
4.Put it carefully inside the small box.
5.when it is fit, that is the right box.
6.put a electrical tape to make sure it is not loose.
And enjoy....
