when i turn on my computer th3 ink cartriidg3 makes a cluncking noise th3n it stops but if i press print it does that again but a little piece of transparent paper came out and i would like to know where to put it back in to make that stop

On switching on the printer, in the window it reports "Clear carrier jam, then press tick"

Any ideas how to fix this please
