Question about Frigidaire Refrigerators
You need to fix this problem by accessing the freezer. the drip pan is frozen up and won't allow it to drain to the drain pan underneath the fridge. once you find this panel, remove and thaw with hair dryer and warm water. do this until the water runs straight thru to the drip pan.
At the top of the fridge section at the center back there is a drain assy/ tube for defrost water to exit the unit and go to the bottom of the outside, this is most likely clogged up. disassemble and clear drain line.
