Stcuk in demo mode for Model TC - 29V2H not...

Hi, i couldnt find my model here quite old i think about ten years, for some reason is stuck in demo mode, ie the sign you have the pleasure of watching a panasonic t.v sign comes up every ten minutes. Can anyone remember back that far on how to get out of this on this model. we do not have the remote. i have read a few and they suggest using the action button together with the up volume botton but this set does not have an action button. The set has a press front tray that slides out automatically at the centre front when pushed with a finger. on this tray it has two line of buttons. on the top row there are 7 buttons that read as follows (0's are the buttons)

11 system 1 - + Auto/function Pre (Videosymbol)

Display TV/AV - (VOL sign) + V (arrow down) ^

and next to all that it says "AV operation unit"

We also do not have the manual, and if anyone could point us in the right direction as to where to find a manual for this, we would be extremly grateful, thanks so much

My TV set panasonic TC-29V2H can't do itself the automatic and manuel tune by the button on drawer front panel. So I only have 3 channels (only the last channel memorized). Also the universal remote that I use can't do it and l don't have the original remote; I think this can do it. Is anyone knows the reference of the original remote or has any advices?
