Question about Intel ASUS P4SC Socket 478 Pentium 4 Motherboard w/ Audio LAN - P4SC-LAN-DP
This problem is due to your MOtherboard.
Sometimes you can have successful installations but in a few days it will just shutdown. Try to Get a new Motherboard.
Unless if its new its another story. If its new, try to remove the CMOS battery and wipe it with some cloths and put it back again. and Turn your Machine on.
Hope that helps.. And if so please rate this.
