In that case it has died and can't be repaired - just junk it and buy a new one.

My computer burned 2 hdd

After i Read your Explaination,i really sure if the Problem is at your Computer POWER SUPPLY.
Change your Power Supply to Higher Watt.
i Recomended to you to Using SIMBADA Power Supply ATX.
and to Fix your HDD bad Sector,Try to use LLF (Low Level Format).
LLF will destroy all data and Partition. So after you Format using LLF,you need to make a New partition at your HDD.
LLF is Working for me to Fix Bad Sector in a So many times.

Have installed two new SATA HDD's, but don't show up in CMOS

Just a tip: Your OS shouldn't be on RAID. RAID is for storage.

If it is a software RAID you will need to load drivers

Even if they are disabled in boot configuration, it will show them as being attacked. You should have two areas in your BIOS/CMOS for configuring & enabling, along with setting order of boot.

Samsung R65 HDD not detected in bios

Chances are that your HDD is on it's way out the door; even if you get it to come up on another computers via USB adapter. There could be issues with your motherboard, but a faulty HDD is more likely. The only way to be sure is to put another HDD into your computer to see if it shows up or not. If it shows up, then that pretty much affirms that your current HDD is going bad. See MADHATTER COMPUTERS.

It could be that the USB port on that computer is not delivering enough power.  Will your Drive accept external power?

Troubling in sata connection

  • I suppose there is a jumper(beside the power pin) on your new HDD,
  • if its true the your HDD supports 3GB/s mode but your motherboard does not .
  • So place the jumper on the HDD on 1.5GB/s combination.
then
  • Disconnect the 80 GB,
  • Connect the new HDD,
  • Boot from any bootable xp or vista or any disk tool like erd commander and try to format the new HDD.
  • Then connect the new HDD and boot from it.
Tell me what happened.

USB 2.5 inch HD does not show on PC

Data recovery software can only retrieve data if the HDD shows in windows. Some disks may not show in My Computer(if corrupted). Another way of checking if the HDD is being detected by windows is using disk management. Click Start, then run, then type compmgmt.msc. Click on Disk Management when the Computer Management box opens. If you HDD is showed among the list of drives there is a possibility of getting our data.If not you need advance data recovery where the HDD has to be physically taken apart.Let me know what your findings are.
