The website "facebook" is blocked by the admin...how can i access during our break time?

Depends on the model router you have.
Generally connect either wired or wireless. Open a internet browser and type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. A log in for your router may appear and ask for a user name and password. The default for Linksys is user = blank (nothing) and password = admin. If the default has been changed you'll need the user name and password to access the configuration menu.
Then look for URL filter under the Advanced tab or Access Restrictions tab. Type the URL of the website you want to block in the blank. Some will allow you to edit the days of week or times it will not allow access. (ie you can block access M-F and allow on weekends.) Click on apply, submit or save and exit out of the menu.

1) Check whether it's not blocked in the country where you are currently in (during travel, if any).
2) FB must not be blocked by our ISP or system admin of the office.
3) Try to reset the password using "forget password" link.

Go to A dva n c e d tab -> Filters then enter "facebook.com" in a "Website Blocking by URL Address" field. You can enter up to four URL addresses.You can aslo try the "Website Blocking by Keyword" field and just "facebook" there and see if that blocks facebook.

Its usually because of a software/ restriction on your computer.
My guess is it can be a software such as websense which is configured to block access to facebook during daytime.
If you have admin privileges please check for the same.
As its hitting the login page it cannot be a port blockage.

you may have been blocked by the school admin..check with them and see if you are behind a firewall that is not allowing facebook access

If they blocked it you can easily get by it by using a free proxy site.

Just be careful! Even though you use a proxy site to get around the block the Admin will still see that you used a proxy site which is a red flag.

Facebook isn't worth getting fired over, make sure you use it ONLY during your breaks and lunch ;)

Your IT department has pretty good reason why they are blocking FACEBOOK.

You can use proxy websites to access it, chances are they are already blocked too. If you can get through, FACEBOOK is pretty strict with proxy servers accessing their website.

Your IT department could also track proxy sites usages.

you may use a web proxy to login first open up www.proxy.org if office have blocked it then you don't have any choice but to ask politely from the admin not to block facebook.

facebook access is blocked in your network. my fuess is your accessing facebook during office hours and your network admin blocked access to facebook. talk to your network admin to open facebook access if possible.
