I'm sure you have tried most of these steps but I'm going to list them any way. So we have a complete picture of the trouble shooting process.

The first thing to check is that the speaker wire is connected to the correct audio input. On most computers this is the light green port.
The next logical step would be to check the device manager to see that the audio drivers are operating properly. The navigation to the device manager differs depending on what version of window you have. The most common way to access it is by right clicking on the my computer icon on your desktop and selecting properties. Then click on where it says device manager. in older versions of window you will have to click on the hardware tab before you will see the device manager option. From here you'll want to look for the sound or audio icon and click on the plus sign to the left (The sound icon looks like a small speaker). If there is a exclamation point or a red x over the driver listed than you will want to reinstall or update the audio drivers. You can locate all drivers required for your computer from the manufactures web site. If reinstalling the drivers does not work you may need to replace you sound card.

I hope that information above has helped is some way.
If possible please rate this solution.

I have reinstalled my pc and my logitech x-530 speakers don't work, j have lost the driver cd and I can't find any software online, how can I get my speakers work?

Your speaker should work fine as long as you install the sound drivers for your computer. You said you lost your driver cd. Take a look on your PC manufacturer's website and make sure that your pc audio drivers are properly installed.
To check this, go to Device manager and check if you see any audio devices installed.
