Guys, the solution is staring you straight in the face.
Take the ebrake wire coming from the stereo, and attach it to the screw off nut on the rear of the stereo case to earth it.
Cant believe no one tried that - took me 2 minutes to figure out.

1) Like munstar said, you need to get the harness from any car-audio retailer. Once you get that, you'll be able to just match up the colors.
2) The wiring diagram is in the User's Guide. In there it lables what each wire connects to.

Its illegal to do but i have done it! You have to connect the brake wire to either the pos or neg wire! You need to find out which one it is thou, so attatch it to the negative first so you dont cause any damage if it doesnt work then connect it to the pos wire and it should work a treat for ya! I stress connect to neg first!!!!!!!!!!
