Question about Sony Audio Players & Recorders
Well, you say you have already tried reseting it. if it is an mp3 that is manufactured before 2007 then it is possible it might be over heating as being cause by re-charging it. if its manufactured before 2007 try putting it in the freezer for 25-30 minutes. if that doesn't work try removing any screws on the back cover and take out the battery to hard reset it. if there are no screws, do not attempt to take it apart.
