I just recently bought my Compaq Presario from a local Staples store. Everytime I try and download a game called Americas Army which i have played for years, wont let me completely download it. When it is about to install, a message pops up and says "Cannot Complete Install. Make sure You have permission on this computer." Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Re: Cant Download Americas Army Onto My New Compaq
For sure...you are having problem from administrator...
Theres should be another acount called Administrator or the same with a different name
if your account is changed to limited account from the admin when the acount is created...then it can cause such problems
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password and privileges. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Start the simple route: uninstall and reinstall the printer and its software. If the software is old, head to the printer manufacturer's website and download the latest driver package. Meanwhile, track back to when the print spooler worked successfully. Was there any new software installed that may have caused the problem? A possible update from Windows, perhaps?
