You can use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose to remove all the water. Once the water is removed check the drain hose and pump for anything that may be restricting the water flow. once the water is removed the door will unlock

SOURCE: Keeps flashing F35, when unplugged and plugged

F35 Is an electrical fault in the Control Board.
Try setting the machine on off.
Then remove the plug from the wall for 5minutes. this will usually reset the system and get you going if it is only a glitch in the electrical system.
If this fails to remedy the problem then you have what appears to be a failed control board.
The only way to be sure is to have it diagnosed by a hands on tech.
Or risk your money by swapping it out your self.
The problem is that usually when my customers try this, they end up spending part money and then a service call on top of their failed attempt.

SOURCE: He5t Kenmore ELITE front load washer flashing f35 code

I hate my machine. Just over a year old, F35 failure code. Wish I still had my reliable Maytag. And this failure is on a machine that replaced the FIRST one of these **** I bought. So I've had not one, but TWO units fail within 15 months of purchase! Anyone else have this miserable experience? What a total sham these machines are. Sears is less than supportive of their "flagship" product name.

SOURCE: Sears Kenmore HE3 Error Code F35

F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.

If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.

With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.

If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Also - please be sure to use He soap.

SOURCE: My Maytag 5000 front leader

We had the same exact problem. Service tech came out and diagnosed bad pressure switch, Part # W1015652. Swapped it for a $135 new one and it seems to work just fine now.

This would have been an easy fix for me to make had I known what to look for. Unplug and shut water, remove top cover, follow small diameter (1/4"?) black tube up from wash drum to where it plugs into the plastic pressure switch housing. Remove switch from its bracket, unplug wire harness and black tube, and replace.

Service tech said that this is due to using too much detergent, suds will creep up into the pressure tube from the wash drum and get into the small circuit board inside the pressure switch housing. He also recommended against using Kirkland Signature brand detergent even though it has the HE emblem on it. Best to use one of the major brands and only 1 to 1.5 tablespoons at most.

A google search for "Maytag 5000" reveals that this is a major problem because it is the 5th search result. "Maytag 5000 problems" search shows that this is the #1 problem with these washers.

F35 & SuD error codes on Kenmore Elite Washer

F35 has to do with the pressure switch which is located under the top panel on the back right. It will have a little black hose hooked to it. This happens when SUDS or detergent somehow gets up into it and usually locks unit out. Only solution is to replace pressure switch. You can find the tech sheet behind the bottom front panel usually tape to the back side of that panel or taped to the bottom right side inside unit. Hope this helps
