If you use Mozilla Firefox for your web browser (click here to go to the Mozilla site) when you print you can zoom in and out if you go to file > page setup the screen below will come up just un click shrink to fit page and enter in a zoom scale (larger makes your text lager & smaller makes your text smaller)

enlarging print size - 50290cc.jpg

also with Mozilla you can zoom in and out on the page you are viewing by holding down 'ctrl' on your keyboard and clicking the + key to zoom in and the - key to zoom out.

i hope this has been helpful.

Text too small for printer

It is the program that you are printing from that controls how big the print is coming out of your printer. Try increasing the font size in the program you are printing from and then print again.

Have you tried changing the text in the document you are printing? Maybe you have to go to the print portion of your program and change it in the program before you print?

Sirs:How to enlarge print size when printing a recipe from a recipe site on internet? I have firefox. Thank you.

that is done in whatever word processor you use to print the recipe. After you transfer the recipe into your word processor, select all the text and then change the font size... that should do it.

How do I enlarge a page so I can read it? When printing something from the internet, how do I enlarge the print? I have printed a pattern and cannot read it.

There's no option to enlarge the font or text of what you are printing from the Internet. What you need to do is to copy the page that you would like to print and then paste it in a Word document.

From the Word document, there's an option for you to change the font size and color.

Have a great day!

I'm assuming you mean in Internet Explorer. If so, go to the menu...

VIEW > TEXT SIZE > choose size large -- medium -- small

These sizes should carry over onto your print.

first ensure that you have done your part in your application software first, you cannot enlarge it on your printer it must be done before printing, say in  word doc, the printer is only dependent on the file you will send, hope this helps

Re: How to make a enlarged document

In some printers there is a enlarge document printing support. Like Konica Minolta heavy duty printers or copiers. They support custom paper size in printer properties and also can support a large paper form a paper roll.
You are using inkjet printer so I feel there in no limit of paper size so you can print a custom size paper what you want.
Before printing just go to the properties of the printer and add a new custom size in paper menu then put that size paper into printer hope it’ll work. You must change the paper size from the application from where you are printing that paper.
