My END button quit working on my neon phone, do you know another way to get it to turn on?

Hi no their is no other way, this is a common problem with this phone and what happens is the button comes away from the solder on the circuit board then you lose the connection and it wont switch the phone on or off.

the only solution you have is to go and get a new switch fitted, this is a common fault so it wont cost to much to get sorted, but its up to you wether you think the phone is worth fixing or just go out and get a new phone and sell this one as spares, if you have had the phone for a while then the chances are something else will go wrong not long after getting fixed as taking them apart causes stress on the circuit board and can lead to more problems how ever if you have not had the phone long then the chances are you want to keep it and getting it fixed is the only option.
