When you say the system cuts out, I assume that you are talking and the call just drops. Does this happen on all outside lines as well as all phones? If it does, the problem could be the circuit board that the line connects to in the system. If so, hopefully you have some kind of warranty. You will need to have the board replaced. It is possible that it is your local provider of your dialtone that is having with your line. Have them check it.

Hope this helps

It depends what telephone system the KX-T7730 is connected to. You should have a Panasonic box that says 'KX-TA624', 'KX-TEA308, 'KX-TES824' or similar somewhere.

How to use the paging sytem? KX-7633

So what happens when you dial *3301 on the intercom? It's not magic, but each phone by default is in page group 1. The external pager has to be assigned to it, so if it does not work, it's time to call your dealer/installer/engineer.

How do I save the changed messages?

If you're in the system, and you have truly changed the message, then you truly know how to save them, because it's the last step before you exit the greeting recording.

When you call into the VM from your extension, you should be given a list of options. 3 is mailbox management and lets you dial 1,2, or 3 to change your greetings.

I can get you to the right place, maybe. You are better off calling the installer who set this up to see what method he used.

Assuming you have a TDA/TVA system, pages 45-50 describe how it was probably installed. WIth personal custom service, it is the easiest one to make changes on. We usually set it up as an ICD group, which gives everyone 3 digit access from everywhere, but you have to have access to the system programming to change numbers.
