Rebuild the fan when it stops working!

Caframo advertises a feature in this fan which will shut the fan down if it gets too hot, and then start it again when the fan cools down. In fact, this feature is heat sink compound between the two halves of the body (which are each heat sinks) and the power plate between them. That compound breaks down over time and use. If the fan stops working, take it apart and scrape that compound off (it was silver on my fan), and replace the compound with a thin coat of CPU heat sink compound from an electronics store. Put the fan back together and let the compound set up over night before placing the fan back on your stove. Should work like new!

Front fan just stopped working...back one is fine.

{: ) It could be the BLWR fuse 40amp at the underhood fuseblock, a faulty blower resistor assembly, or the front blower motor itself.

Evap fan stops running/low cooling, Unplug Frig Evap fan runs

Is there anything obstructing the fan area, ice build up ? It is normal for your freezer to get warm if evap fan is not working, it is essential for it to work :) A defrost cycle should kick on a timer or as needed (adaptive) and there should not be excessive frost buildup that it blocks your evap fan. I would have suggested you unplug your refrigerator for about 10 minutes and see if that resets your control board - if not, then you will need service - either replacing motor assembly or a faulty control board.

My fan blower stopped working the fans in the back still work but not the front??

it sounds like it could be just a loose connection at the back of the fan or not sure if the fans are connected or not but a blown fuse may cause this

The fan in back of the fridge has stopped working

The fan motor probably is bad and need to be replaced but before do it check the wiring to the fan for loose connections and also check the blade if its hitting or touching something that could make it stop.

Whirlpool top freezer problem

Check for frost build-up behind back wall in freezer. If there is a heavy frost build-up, it's not defrosting. This will restrict airflow to refigerator section and can stop fan. If fan is stuck again and it's not because of frost, replace evaporator fan motor.
