Reformat your PC then install a new operating system. If this will not work most probably your CD or CD drive is defective.

My acer computer says that repair recommended and look like it's gonna boot but it display the same message

This is usually a sign that your computer was incorrectly shutdown or it lost power. You may be able to choose "Start windows normally" and hopefully everything should be ok!

Otherwise , your windows installation is corrupted. You may be able to run the "Startup Repair" option by choosing the "Repair My Computer" option which you are presented with.

If that doesn't work you will have to reinstall Windows and start from scratch. You will lose all the data on the computer doing this unless you take it to a computer shop where they will be able to recover your data before reinstalling Windows.

4.Press 1 (One) to select windows XP and then hit enter.
5.When you are prompted, type the Administrator password. If the administrator password is blank, just press ENTER.
