You have to have a pressure regulator on it that drops the oulet pressure to 70 psi while the tank press is 120 psi or more. your can regulate the pressure you need up or down as needed.

I have a mastercraft compressor with LCD display its 11 gallon,it runs up to about 70 psi and will not go higher but keeps running, any ideas.

You either have an air leak somewhere or you have a damaged valve in the valve body. You can check for leaks using a spray bottle with a dishwashing detergent/water mix. Spray the mixture on connectors and look for bubbles. Don't forget to check the tubing coming from the compressor head and the regulator. If you find no leaks (you need to check carefully), you might need to remove the compressor head and check to see if the valves in the valve body are damaged. My Campbell-Hausfeld compressor did the same thing and I had to replace the valve body.

What is the compression on a poulan leaf blower?

60 to 70 psi it will start fine. I fix Poulan blowers every day for a living
they are very easy to fix. A common problem is stuck piston ring.

Iam useing sherwin williams carclad hs spray paint and having prabloms with runing tryed little thinner more thinner low psi hi psi just can not get it right

If its running in spot places it may be your fan width is not wide enough and your spray pattern is to tight so your over laps are causing paint build up hence the runs, use a nice big wide fan pattern and run about 30psi

How much psi to charge on a split unit which has a distance of 40 meters between the indoor and outdoor unit

the psi of an air conditioner is not 'changed' by the distance of the line set to the indoor coil. the psi will remain constant depending on type of refrigerant used, i.e. R-22 or some of the newer refrigerants.
For example - when using R-22 - the low side will typically run at around 70 psi give or take a few pounds depending on conditions while the high side pressure will be determined (as always) by adding 35 degrees to the ambient temperature and finding the corresponding psi on the gauge.

Truck tire argument

70-80 PSI cold. It will increase as you drive and also with the load you put onto them.
