Question about Navman GPS
Base from the description of your problem what we need to do here is to reset your unit and to do that follow this , there is a small hole at the back of the unit (from memory, but might be on the top) just use a pen to press and hold it for 10 seconds and then restart the unit and check if its back to original state.

This is sometimes caused by corrupted files on the flash disk. What I would advise doing is to restore the backup folder on the flash disk and try and start the device again.
