I bought a $14.99 coin in the game, Fashion City. The money is already paid, but the coins did not come in.


Contact facebook support in facebook help screen and explain you did not get credits you paid for for the facebook game Fashion City.

I have had experience with this sort of problem Facebook are very helpful and efficient at sorting out this sort of problem . Recommend you contact facebook . Click on upside down triangle near your name top of facebook page and click on report a problem and post a problem.

If this fails contact the Fashion City support contact will be somewhere in the game probably under help hyperlink or support hyperlink at bottom of game screen.

I cannot buy facebook credits, been trying over a month now. it keeps having a popup saying "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." anyone can help?


To purchase Facebook Credits within a game, click on any premiumitem in an app's store or choose to purchase in-game cash or coins. FB charged my account $4.00 - for WHAT? says facebook,inc. (paypal-charges@support.facebook.com! this is where the money went, this is all the email showed.



first how did you pay by bank account ,paypal,credit card if by bank or credit card account you will need to open a disputed bank transaction if you paid using paypal

log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the facebook
ie: (did not authorise payment) to make a claim they have taken money without your authorisation

The Term of the subscription is the length of time that You have selected, which term will be automatically renewed unless You modify Your account or cancel. If You cancel Your subscription, You are NOT eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. If You have pre-paid for a certain period of services (for example if You paid a lump sum for 6 months of service), You are NOT eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the pre-paid amount UPON cancellation.

This is their terms. You can cancel it, but you will still be charged the remaining term of your contract either way.

How to cancel you membership;

1. Proceed to SpeedDate.com and log in to view your home screen.
2. Click the "More" link in the upper-right corner of the page, and then click "Account Settings."
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the "Deactivate" link next to "Deactivate My Account."
4. Click the "Deactivate My Account" button.
5. Click a radio button to indicate why you want to delete your SpeedDate account.
6. Click the "Deactivate Account" button.
7. Type a statement to explain what you would improve about the SpeedDate service.

I cannot pay by credit card because I am a refugee in Thailand. I cannot go out of the camp nor have credit card.


Look for a service or local bank that can create for you a Master Card or Visa "Debit" card. It looks just like a "Credit" card, but you have to deposit money into an account and only use that money. A debit card can then be used like a credit card as long as there is money in the account.

If you are working for a company, I recomend this company http://www.payoneer.com/
your employeer can set it up and get you a card. When you get paid, your money goes directly into your card account. I use it... I live in a "Foreign" country also.

You should be careful how and which sites you pay money one, choose sites that offer payments via PayPal, its one if the most secure and trusted online payment solutions.
If you are making online payment transactions, always use a credit card and not a debit card, it is a more secure and safer way of making payments.

For this particular problem. if you paid using a credit card, you can perform a credit card charge back and they will help you get back the money if they get proof that your money was stolen. Visit your bank for more assistance on that.

What you have to do is contact the number that is on the back of your Visa card. Tell them that there is a transaction on your card that you are disputing, and that you want the money credited back to your card. Visa will be able to get a copy of the receipt and then compare it to your signature. They will probably ask you to fax in a copy of the card, and will probably use the signature on the back as a comparison to the disputed charge. They are usually very quick about resolving these issues.

Unfortunately there is not a lot you can do but threaten them. The banks will not help on a debit card, only on credit cards. There are a ton of pages dedicated to the posting of scammers by persons ripped off.

I will only tell you what finally worked for me.

About 2 years ago, I paid postage on a sample and the following month I began receiving product, and debit card charges against my account for an amount close to $100 per month.

For over a year I called and emailes and snail mailed these people to try and stop them from sending the product and refund my money. I had never opened one of the shipments.

Finally, out of desparation, I wrote my state attorney's office, explaining what was happening. He was kind enough to return my letter, and said that he would send them a letter from his office, stating that if I did not receive immediated reimbursement, he was going to recommend that I retain an attorney and file charges against them for a number of offenses.

In less than a week, I received credits to my account, one at a time, sometimes 2 or 3 a day. I couldn'y believe it.

My latest? In December of last year I ordered a cell phone from Cellular Blowout.com, paid $148 on the debit card, and have never received a thing. I have threatened and cajoled to no avail. They simply will not communicate. Phones result in being placed on hold until I hang up.

Write your state attorney, it may help.
