Unfortunately no....depending on the water damage that had occured. It would have been quite lucky if the phone actually worked. and if it did, other aspcts of the device may work now but fail later. No one part can be identified for repair because water can get into EVERY component. Making repar an expensive option. Replacement is the only recommendation

If u are a Technician then open ur mobile handset by T-6 screw driver and firstly wash ur network antina and IC areas by a toothbrash with PCB cleaner.Check the network connecter make a jumper from network connecter to connecter pins by micro soldering IRON and give some hot air to network IC with pest.If u are not a technician then its better to go ur nearest NOKIA care center.If u are saticfied withmy information then please vote me. Solution 1.Any time your phones gets wet or by accident the phone falls off in a pool of water the best remedy is to take the batteries off immediately, don't turn the power key on, and wait for 24 hours for the phone to dry out completely.
Solution 2. Alternate solution is go to settings,select call,select anykey answer, this way u won't need the answer key any more,
Solution 3. Change the keypad,go to the nokia service center.
