Looking for a replacement motor for coleman thermoelectric cooler. Where can I look?

Did you accedently or spark power wires? These have a tendency to blow the diode if that happens. Also check fuse in plug of cooler. Take it apart an look sometimes the wires break.

Sounds like the Peltier effect elements have failed.

Depending on your handyman skills, you can change them yourself or have someone troubleshoot and change them.

The 5640 Coleman cooler motor runs, but unit does not cool.

This is a thermoelectric (TE) cooler. There is no gas' to replace in it's cooling system. It is possible the thermoelectric coupler has gone bad. Unfortunately Coleman does not seem to offer a replacement part. If you Google thermoelectric couplers, maybe you can find something on the web. Good Luck.

What diagram are you looking at? I only see one motor in the unit and it's the only one that Coleman has made for your item.

You need a set of basic tools including wire crimpers, cutters, soldering iron and solder and shrink wrap tubing.

It uses the fans like the ones in a computer. Try a computer parts store.
