Question about Magellan Maestro 4040 GPS Receiver
if your talking about the unlock code for the voice recognition, dont waste your time. first of all, they make you pay for it ( $100.00 ) and theres no other way to get it that i know of and even if you did have it, you would surely turn it off because its a pain in the A** it activates itself with the slightest sounds in the car, like you talking to anyone in the car can activate it. it sucks, do not unlock it. i payed a hundred to get that unlock code (only works on one unit) and i called and got my money back with in a day of unlocking it.
besides the fact it reroutes itself just from you talking to someone in the car, it only has three commands. one is for the route to your home location (if you set one) it think another is for find closest gas station, the other one i cant remember. trust me, its totally worthless, i havent met anyone yet that unlocked theres and didnt request there money back.
let me know if you need more help or info
