A hard reset is simply remove power and re-connect. If this fails, check the network connections by logging onto the web interface, you can find the IP address from the settings menu.

Not connecting to LAN Network

The basic LAN setup for my xxLE820N was to connect an ethernet Cat5 cable between the TV and my home router. Power on the TV and check your router admin page to see if the TV is being provided a local IP address. (Note: router must be configured for DHCP service.) On the TV remote, press the 'aquos net' key 2-3 times to switch the TV to web mode. If you get an error message, your router is probably not configured appropriately.
