Question about Sailrite Ultrafeed LS-1 Deluxe Mechanical Sewing Machine
I have the Thompson PW400. I know this sounds like too simple of a solution, but it actually happened to us. We accidentally plugged the machine cord into the wall outlet. Are you plugging the cord attached to the machine directly into a wall outlet or extension cord? The second part of the cord has two plugs on it, one for a light and the other for the motor. If you aren't plugging the machine cord directly into the plug marked "motor" the machine will start up immediately running at top speed. Hope that solves your problem.
