Question about Acer Aspire 5720 6497 Laptop
What i would do is go in safe mode and u do that by when u first start computer puss f8 key back up the data and sad to say reinstall will be needed if u cant get the data out that way u will have to 1 take that hard drive out and conect it to anther computer or take it to a computer shop and have then take the data off.
our hard drive maybe going out but could just be bad sectors and with a full restore that will fix it
