Question about Cell Phones
Hi, the problem you are having is caused by your phone having the wrong settings stored on it.
This usually happens after you have changed the sim card to another network but it can also happen if your service provider has sent out an update and you have not received it.
All you need to do to solve this problem is call your service provider and tell them what make and model of phone you have got then ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings.
your service provider wont charge for this service and they send the settings via a text message this will then update your phone to the correct settings and you will be able to send and receive what ever you like.
some service providers let you send the settings to your own phone from their web site but not all service providers offer this service so you will need to check their web site for this.
giving them a call will solve your problem
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
