Question about Vacuums
Behind the brush will be a metal thing that spins when the vacuum runs. That's what the belt loops over with the other end around the brush. You can sometimes find the belts a places like wal mart.

The problem is that the belt has broken and needs to be replaced. In order to change the belt you need to disassemble the bottom of the vac foot in order to reach the brush roller. The belt goes from the roller to the motor belt pin. Once you open it up it will be obvious.Make sure you purchase the same size belt to replace the damaged one. Check you manual for step by step instructions. If you do not have the manual, it is available in pdf format, just search the web for it,
