SOURCE: Cannot activate bluetooth
Can be a common problem with Samsungs, Have seen it a few times. It is a software glitch. you will need it re-flashed with the phone firmware. Any repairs shop should be able to do this for you.
I could help you, but am probably not local enough to be able to, you will more than likely have a local repair shop

This could be caused by a firmware issue but is more likely a fault with the phones Bluetooth controller. Stay away from free codes you find on the internet because incorrect use could make the problem worsee. Take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or Samsung Service Point for repair.
