Anti-spyware applications and anti-virus programs work in much the same way. With anti-spyware program installation, you can efficiently set it up to scan your computer system every now and then. There's just one catch however: the anti-spyware program has to be updated regularly to do any good. if you need assistance getting your computer back on track. Feel free to contact TechieNow.com :)

Download AVG free edition and run it to check for virus and trojan infection. Then run Spybot - also free.

Scan your discs at regular intervals! And don't forget to upgrade.

Good luck

Help me .. computer is infected

If you are having problems with crashes, and slow operation you could have picked up a virus from a site but, more than likely, something that you downloaded that was infected. Avira is a good all around software and you can download a free version here.
http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus
Click on the green download button which will redirect you to another site where you will click download and allow to run. If you have another Anti spyware already and are happy with it then skip this. If you have an Anti spyware you are unhappy with, uninstall it before download of this product. If you did download and are all finished and it hasn't already run a scan. Open the software and run a full scan. This will take some time so let it finish and let it repair what it recommends. Then restart if it doesn't do it for you.
After that is all done I would install a free version of Malwarebytes you can do that here:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Download proceedure is pretty much the same. Again when your download is finihed it will probably suggest or run a quick scan. I would go ahead at this point run a full scan and let it make it's recommended repairs. Restart after this is done. This should cure your problem.

If it is a bad virus that won't let you do anything on the computer, follow the instructions on this link. If you can install programs on your computer, follow only steps 7 and 8 from the above link.

Most people that suggest reload are doing so to save time these are the ones that know what they are doing. As for the rest, they don't know HOW to remove the spyware. spyware has become much worse these days

How to remove manually Malwarrior rootkit malaware please help

Sir,

Manual removal of any spyware can be difficult. When you try to manually remove MalWarrior 2007, you risk destroying your PC. It’s highly recommended you use an automatic spyware scanner to determine you’re infected with MalWarrior 2007. It’s also recommended you backup your system any time before editing your registry.

Your Windows registry is the core of your Windows operating system, storing information about user settings, system preferences, and software, including which applications automatically launch at start up. Because of this, spyware, malware, and adware will often bury their own files into your Windows registry so that they automatically launch every time your start up your PC.

Because your registry is such a key piece of your Windows system, you should always backup your registry before you make any changes to it. Editing your registry can be intimidating if you’re not a computer expert, and when you change or a delete a critical registry key or registry value, there’s a chance you may need to reinstall your entire Windows operating system. Make sure your backup your registry before editing it.
  1. Select your Windows menu “Start,” and click “Run.” An “Open” field will appear. Type “regedit” and click “OK” to open up your Registry Editor.
  2. Registry Editor will open as a window with two panes. The left side Registry Editor’s window lets you select various registry keys, and the right side displays the registry values of the registry key you select.
  3. To find a registry key, such as any MalWarrior 2007 registry keys, select “Edit,” then select “Find,” and in the search bar type any of MalWarrior 2007’s registry keys.
  4. As soon as MalWarrior 2007 registry key appears, you can delete the MalWarrior 2007 registry key by right-clicking it and selecting “Modify,” then clicking “Delete.”
Computer acting funny after you’ve edited your registry and deleted MalWarrior 2007 registry keys? Just restore your registry with your backup.
How to remove MalWarrior 2007 DLL files: Like most any software, spyware, adware, and malware may also use DLL files. DLL is short for “dynamically linked library,” and MalWarrior 2007 DLL files, like other DLLs, carryout predetermined tasks. To manually delete MalWarrior 2007 DLL files, you’ll use Regsver32, a Windows tool designed to help you remove DLL and other files.
  1. First you’ll locate MalWarrior 2007 DLL files you want to delete. Open your Windows Start menu, then click “Run.” Type “cmd” in Run, and click “OK.”
  2. To change your current directory, type “cd” in the command box, press your “Space” key, and enter the full directory where the MalWarrior 2007 DLL file is located. If you’re not sure if the MalWarrior 2007 DLL file is located in a particular directory, enter “dir” in the command box to display a directory’s contents. To go one directory back, enter “cd ..” in the command box and press “Enter.”
  3. When you’ve located the MalWarrior 2007 DLL file you want to remove, type “regsvr32 /u SampleDLLName.dll” (e.g., “regsvr32 /u jl27script.dll”) and press your “Enter” key.
That’s it. If you want to restore MalWarrior 2007 DLL file you removed, enter “regsvr32 DLLJustDeleted.dll” (e.g., “regsvr32 jl27script.dll”) into your command box, and press your “Enter” key.

Thanks
Good Luck
