Question about Xerox Phaser 8400 Laser Printer
You can download the Print drivers from HERE.
Make sure you select the PostScript Driver v5.48.30 or you can as well use the Global Print Driver, which you can download from the same link.
Uninstall previous drivers and Install it as a Local Printer. Please be aware that if you are using a Server/Client structure the this instalation should be done on the Print Server.
After all that you should be able to print in colour. As a test print an Image file and make sure you confirm colour is enabled on the printing preferences of the driver. Alternative would be to print a test page from the driver. This will also show you the colour prints.
