Could you please let me know the link again? The one you posted here is no longer valid, it says "This video has been removed by the user".

I think you used more than one audio file in the swap ...or on the audio track ..and this software will not allow to use more than one audio ..
try to calculate the timing ..and make a mp3 file with all the sound you will insert for all the collage ..and import it all at once ...cause like it says in the link below ..it only allows one audio file ..
or ..better ..make the sound of the videos you want to edit first in windows movie maker..each one at the time ..and do not modify the sounds after into the you tube editor....just join them and input the effects and transitions..
another cause may be the fact that when you inserted the sound ..the movie was completed..and the sound you inserted covered only the first 15 sec of the movie ..and after that practically there is no sound at all ..cause like it is explained in the link I will provide under, once a sound is inserted..this operation removes any audio that was already on the video ..and if you made this after the editing was over and the movie in one piece ..it just covered the first 15 sec that the file length was..and after that blank..
So like I said ..first edit all the movie parts into windows movie maker..and add them the sound already ..save them into the desktop..than upload them and edit with youtube ..without needing any sound editing ..but leaving the already on sound track of each video ..

I saw one burst of static at around 0:27 for a few frames but that was it. It actually looked like an effect. I watched it at 360 and 480 rez. Assuming that isn't artifact on the original video I would say the problem is either timing ie dead space or codec.
Without seeing the source videos etc its going to be difficult to know which is the problem. This could just be a issue with either the net during upload or server load. Not much help but can't think of too many things that would cause a single glitch.
