Question about Dell U0636 Mouse
Sounds more like your computer pausing the mouse while it is processing, then when its done the current task the mouse returns. Use Cntrl+Alt+Del to view tasks (task manager) when this is occurring. you can sort by CPU on the "tasks" tab to see what is using up all the resources at that time. I would think its likely malware / spyware advertising softwares. google the highest offending program after you identify it. Good Programs for this include, Spybot and Adaware SE both avail on the web for no charge. Please add more details, if this doesn't answer your question.
