Question about Philips 50PF7220A Television

1 Answer

Cant see Picture

I have a 50inch plasma purchased at USA, recently i moved to India. I tried connecting in India but unable to see video, i can hear only volume. I guess it is a problem of NTSC / PAL. TV is NTSC and my signal is PAL. But i tried by connecting to AV1, AV2 i guess AV1 or AV2 should accept either NTSC or PAL signal. Please help me out how to solve this problem.
Thanks
Ravi

Nope. The AV inputs except a composite video signal that is either NTSC or PAL. You will need to convert the PAL signal to NTSC.

Dvd playing blue picture

if it is hooked up with componant, thats the red blue green cables for video, and red white for audio, then you probabily eather dont have the red pluged all the way in, or you have the red audio, and red video---reversed, make sure to check them on the dvd player, and on the tv, if there correct, try using the composit input, that is the yellow red and white
