Question about Arris SURFboard SB5101 Cable Modem
These passwords are set via your internet service provider, you should not need this password for anything. Can you not connect to the internet? you should be able to plug your network cable/computer/router WLAN into this unit and have it work, otherwise simple power cycle the unit, and wait for the online light to be lit consistently, and try again. If still no go you will have to contact your cable /DSL provider. This password varies from company to company anyway so nobody here will be able to tell you this information. Can you build on your question for addition assistance?
