You will needto replace the color wheel as a unit then depending on the model of your set you will need to index it through the service menu. If you would like to know where to get a replacement let me know your model number of your DLP and I will post a link where you can get one.

I just looked up the info in the service manual that we have on the other site I work for as a repair tech. The manual doesnt give a part number for the color wheel, so it may be like a sharp television where you have to change the lightengine as an assembly as Sharp doesnt sell replacement color wheels as most manufacturers do. But i will do some more reseacrch and get back to you on what I find out for you.
