Trying to get info (tonnage seer rating) on a weatherking mod# 10ajb48a01 condencing unit to find a matching evaporator coil and cannot find anything on internet

This is a 4 ton model condensing unit. You can go up 1/2 ton for the evaporator, meaning a 4 1/2 (A) coil will work just fine and allow a bit more cooling capacity.

I am looking for information regarding a Weatherking 102 ton 13 S.E.E.R condenser. Specifics regarding noise levels. Can you help?

I think you may have listed your tonnage incorrectly. But, basing it on a 3 to 4 ton unit the dB rating is 76.

Hoe this tells you what you wanted to know.

Please let me know ,how many BTU or tons from this weatherking mo#RAWD-75CAS and sl#5382G169700042

I would have to say you have a 3 1/2 ton unit. Normally, we go by the model number, but I don't see anything in that number that would come close. There are 12,000 btu's per ton of cooling. so, going by the 042 it would be a 3 1/2 ton unit.

What ton is the R-410A packaged heat pump

R-410A is a type of refrigerant and not a capacity rating of an air conditoner. 12,000 Btu's equals a 1 Ton of cooling capacity.

Could be; age, lightning, power surge, defective wire, loose wire, tight compressor. Capacitors fail sooner or later. They are like batteries they do not last for ever.

Hi, we have a problem with our Weatherking heating unit/ air conditioner. We had it installed 07/20/06. It really never has worked properly. For the last 2 summers in run's constantly. Which of course...

Lets look at the whole problem. Did you have a new unit inside. Is the charge correct for unit. 1 lb of refrigerant makes difference. Four tons should be big enough if you have proper insulation. I have three tons in a 2100 square foot house. Its plenty big enough. You may have to small a return air. To small a return can cut a four ton unit to 2.5 ton unit very easily. 1.5 square foot pf free grille area per ton. Rusty
