ECS 945P-A Motherboard

How do configure my motherboard, there is a power but no signal? i tryto reset the motherboard but its not working...i replace a memory, power supply, still it will not display, it is possible that the motherboard is defective?

Try This ...

remove the Cmos Battery and power on the motherboard,

other then this try to remove the memory after power on the mother board and power off the motherboard after 2 minutes and connect the cmos battery and now power on the motherboard,

if *********** board is still not on the take to repairer..

No audio at rear panel, yet front panel audio works just fine


If you have Vista it's probabbly Vista software disabling the rear audio. Check the sound settings for defaults on audio configuation.

Wont power up ecs motherboard


Your 4-pin power connector supplies voltage to your CPU through some series of MOSFET transistors. First try to disconnect your CPU from the socket and power up your motherboard. Your CPU might be toasted. MOSFET transistors might be bad. Also look at your big caps around the CPU. If they have bubbled tops, you need to replace them.

Everything works, but no display


Try a different stick of RAM. Like a smaller amount. try 512MB and see what happens. if 512 works, try the 1 of the 1GB sticks so you can still have atleast have 1GB.
