Hi

Dial the number and press the right hand side of the middle key to increase the volume and the left hand side of the middle key to reduce the volume.

Goodluck.

Will not ring

Setting the Ring Volume
You can adjust the ring volume when your fax machine is idle. You can select a ring volume level or press until the ring is off.
Press to adjust the volume level. With each key press, the fax machine rings so you can hear the current setting and the LCD shows the setting you are choosing. Each key press changes the volume to the next setting. The new setting will remain until you change it again.

How do i adjust the volume on my panosonic kx tga 131az cordless phone.

With Panasonic phones the volume of whatever function is active can be adjusted with the arrows button. While it is ringing use the arrow up or down to adjust ringing volume. When off hook (you can hear dial tone or you are on a call) use arrows to adjust handset volume.

Can you adjust the volume at which your callers hear you?

Hi no im afraid you cant do this the only way they can hear you louder is to turn the volume up on their phone, their is no setting you can change on yours to change the volume they hear you so it would be the settings on their phone that needs changing.

how ever if they can hear everybody else perfectly and its just your phone they cant hear then this would point to the fact that your mic on your phone is faulty or got wet and this is causing your voice to seem really quiet apart from that being at fault their is nothing you can do or change.

try ringing a few people and ask them if they can hear you properly if they can then its your friends phone thats at fault but if they all say they cant hear you then this would suggest your mic needs replacing and this would need to be done at a phone shop as it requires special tools to get the phone apart and replace the part that needs replacing.

let me know if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

The volume is down when it rings and i cant hear it

On the right side there is a volume rocker you can use to adjust the volume. If that doesn't work you can change your profile settings

Go to the profile select menu, select Advanced and change the volume setting.

Can increase the volume of calls

Yes, you can. To adjust the volume on a call, press the volume-up button during a call. There is not (as far as I know) a way to adjust the call volume when you're not actually in a call.

W220 hearing problem!

The internal screen settings only adjust volume of ringer, the external button on side adjusts ear piece/hand set volume.
If the volume buttons do not turn up the volume of the hand set then the handset is defective
