Question about Panasonic KX-T7633 Corded Phone
YOU NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO SYSTEM PROGRAMMING 003 AND 004. UNFORTUNATELY, IT'S BEYOND THE SCOPE OF A FREE AND OPEN FORUM TO TELL YOU EXACTLY HOW TO GET THERE, BUT THE MASTER PHONE AND PROGRAM **1234 IS A GOOD START.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I assume you have the manual. I found it very difficult to follow, very poor. While "on hook" enter the number you want to call. Press "store" or "enter". Enter the name referring to the graphics chart on pages 7 & 8. It is set up for Alpha characters and it depends on which software is installed on your phone. Example: If you want the letter "A" you press the number 2 one time. If you want the number "2", you have press "2" seven times to display the number 2. Use the toggle key to move to the next letter or number you want to enter. When you have finished press "Store". It may take awhile but that's how its done. Not a very good system for the average consumer in my opinion. But that's how its done. I was unable to upload the manual. SOURCE: How do I transfer a call directly to voicemail?
If it's a Panasonic voice mail system you program a button for VoicemailTRansfer. Pick an unused button and label it VTR. Now, you need to know what the access number is for voice mail. It's usually 165 or 500. Then you press PROG the button and dial 94+ whatever number VM is and ENTER.
On the original installation, your installer should have at least given you 2 buttons, one for record and one for transfer. We usually give the customer a 3rd button called 2-way transfer. If your system is a TVA, there is a patch to record conversations as new messages, and if you have the optional LAN card(on the 50, it's already in the 200) for voice mail to email, it can send out the wav file at the end of the call.

SOURCE: PIN Number
O.K. Here's your solution, but it's only available to you until next Monday. Go here http://public.carl.airpost.net/ and get both TDA EXT PIN files. One is the extension users guide and the other is the admin sequence to reset it. Please comment and/or rate this solution so I know you have it and I can take it down earlier.
This is one of the codes that can't be posted in a public forum.

From the main phone, press PROG **1234 and dial 004. Press ENTER 2 times (watch out, it moves on the display) and you will be looking at 101 : OPERATOR if it's still unprogrammed. Keep pressing NEXT until you get to the one you want to change and use a combination of the keypad and the AUTO ANS button to spell out the new name. The STORE button saves it, the right arrow and clear button step back and forth on the line you're entering.
You can pick up the handset and drop it back into the cradle when you're done to exit.

If you can not log into the programing tool to change it that way then you will still need the Installer password. However from the main ext typically the first ext or 101
hit the Program soft key just below the LCD
push * then #
password
004
ext number you wish to change
type in new name
ENTER
