Question about Toshiba SD-K740 DVD Player
Incorrect disk error are common with the user putting in a disc that is not compatible with the player, in most cases it would have been a RW, that was written incorrectly. If this is not the case and it is a original disc you might want to purchase a cleaning dvd witch goes in and cleans the lens.
If that does not work then the unit's lens might be defective at this point.
1. Try other disc
2. try a cleaning disc
If those do not work then the issue is with the lens.
