My sansa want show my pictures when i put in my micro sandisk it shows unsupported media format

    Did you use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert the pictures to a form the Fuze can handle?

Having gone over a month with no response to my query, I assume use of the SMC solved the problem.

I can view some pictures but for others I get unsupported media format. All pictures are Jpeg. why some can be viewed but not all?


The JPEG's that won't display are probably too high a resolution or the file size of the image may be too high. If you are using sandisk Sansa for instance you can use the Sansa Media Converter to change (lower) the resolution of the images, or you can use other software to alter the images.

How did you put the photos on the Sansa? You should be able to delete them the same way.

You need to use the Sansa Media Converter supplied with the Sansa to convert photos (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

I have unsupported media format for my pictures on my mp3. my mp3 wont support the pictures that i transfer into it.

The Sansa Media Converter (SMC) software is required to convert and transfer videos as appropriate to your Sansa or your microSD card.
