Samsung f210 when i go to play my music or look at my pic it says unsupporte d file how do you fix it

I cannot turn my phone on!
i have tried to charge it up, and have tried removing and placing the battery into the phone
what should i do?

the phone is 4 days old. :S

HI dude,
I think ur problem is software problem. I recommend u to upgrade ur software from a mobile technician. IF u r thinking of upgrading urself, dont think about it. It may be harmful to ur cellphone.

your cell phone supports ONLY mp3 and WAV format...if you have music in other format look for the mp3 version or use a converter program

Unsupported file format


You phone will only support certain file formats.
Go to Samsung and get the manual Click Here
The owners manual will tell you what music files, video files, picture files are supported by the software.
Then you may have to convert your files to work in your phone.

Downloading music


Its a nightmare. Apple / Itunes make it hard for you to import their music onto any other device. itunes is not MP3 format. I am having the same problems. I will let you know if I manage to solve this and get my music onto my phone.

Maybe the phone line was cut. Call your provider and ask them whats up.

Press *2767*2878# to custom reset your phone. Don't forget to back up your contacts and other important files before doing this.

I have a samsung f210 and have songs on my memory card. do i have to have the swivel open to listen to them where as with the songs saved to the phone i can listen to with the swivel closed


hi you need to put all you music on the memory card into the music file on there 2 it should come up when you contect to the pc once in there it will find all your music and you can play all on the music player hope this helps
