I've been giving this advice to many other Casio uowners, but it much quicker and easier, if you will take your four-digit caliber number from the watch back, go to this link, and enter it there for a complete PDF file about your watch.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hello,
If you have that kind of problem with your Casio Watch, there are 2 possible problems here:
-Battery is leak
-They did not reset the watch properly if the battery was replaced.

Best you can do is take it to an official Casio dealer, they will handle your Casio watch properly.
You can find any spare you need for your Casio in our website. At TicTacArea.com we are official Casio dealers and we will be glad to help you with this and any other problem you may find related to your Casio Watch. Casio Watches Casio Multi Task Gear Watches

Can it go into water? i have the casio w-59\590. it's written on the watch water resistant 50M-5 bar

Theoretically means it will resist water penetration to 50 meters. Approx 150 feet deep.
I would not test that limit, but you should be fine in a pool or shower etc..

Press and hold the top left button for 2 seconds to go into the time adjustment mode.

Alti does not read correct alti.

Don't forget that the altimeter is barometric, and therefore the altitude reading will change depending on the air pressure - i.e. the weatherman may give the 'high pressure coming through' or that there is a low pressure giving rain - to get the true altitude, you need to know the true air pressure at any given point on the earth ~(where you are) then set this as the 'normal'. you will then get the correct altitude. Don't forget that if you are in a pressurised aircraft - as in allcommercial flights, the cabin air pressure is artificially kept at appx 4000-6000ft altitude
