Question about Dynex 32 in. LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
First of all check if the remote is working. How do we check the remote? Use your phone camera. While watching the LED in the remote through your mobile camera, press any remote button. You should see the LED flashing. You can't see the LED flashing by naked eye but with the help of camera you can. If the remote LED transmit the signal (if it flashes) then the remote is working fine. In this case your TV has the problem. If you can't see the LED flash, then your remote is the problem.
Open up your remote and check if there is dry or broken connection, or short connection.
