Try restarting your phone by doing a full reboot. Hold down the power button and the button on the front for about 8 seconds. then slide to power off. Once that's done, restart your phone by pressing the power button. If that doesn't work do a full restore of your phone via iTunes.
same problem with me too.. i was told to reset the phone and it worked fine.:)
1.Power off the phone. 2.Press and hold Vol+ key and Power key simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the some option appear on the screen which are reboot system now; apply update from sdcard; wipe data/factory reset; wipe cache partition.3.Use Vol+ key and Vol- key to move the cursor to "wipe cache partition" and press camera key to confirm it. 4.After 5 seconds, the cursor will be on "reboot system now" again and press camera key to confirm it. The phone will reboot automatically.dont forget to backup important data to you sdcard.this will save your information.
First of all be sure you are using the correct batteries (NiMH vs the other) some cameras won't work with certain types of batteries. Second make sure you are not using an incompatible memory card. Occasionally it will cause the camera not to function. It could just be that your camera went out. Contact Vivitar if you are still under warrantly.
it could be your camera setting, eg, black white, sepia etc, the colour contrast could have been changed?? if it only does it on camera and not video mode, then its more likely your camera settings, if it does it on video and camera, then it could be the camera its self
well u can turn it on by holding the vlume button for about 2 or 3 seconds. and u can also access the camera, media player and profile settings from the front by holding the camera button for about 2-3 secs.
when u go to ur camera mode try takin ur memory card out see if that solves it failing that reset ur fones memory by going to reset factory settings the pin should be 00000000 or 11111111 any more advice dont hestitate to ask
