Unable to clear error

The window reports replace toner K but then the red light apperars on the start button and reports unable to clear error

GuruHave you replaced the K Toner? If so then rtry replacing it. It may be empty and the printer is monitoring a lack of toner in the delivery.
If you have replaced it and still shows it empty, the cart could be faulty. This is fairly common
