Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: 202 pam jam
usually it means that a sensor in your fuser is bad. If you have a P.M. Kit replaced the fuser and clean the printer.
but before you do, make sure that you have cleared all jams, including in the fuser.
Its probably time for a Preventive Maintanence

SOURCE: Keep getting an error message
If you can't see any paper stuck inside the printer when you open the rear door or when you remove the toner cartridge, the rear paper flag is either stuck or broken.
The flag is a small piece of plastic which sits at the rear of the fuser and as the paper exits the fuser it pushes the flag down. The easiest way to see this is to remove the rear door then the rear cover (two screws).
If it's broken you'll require a replacement fuser (i don't think you can get the part separtely), but if you have recently installed a maintenance kit, i would contact the supplier and ask for a replacement.

Paper jams are was very common on HP printer model.
Here are few instructions on how to clear the paper jam on
your printer.
How
to Clear a Paper Jam on an HP Inkjet Printer
1.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the
printer before you begin. With the power disconnected, you will protect
yourself from being shocked. This is an important step when you are fixing any
type of electronic device.
2.
Move your printer so that you'll have access the back
panel. Unhinge the back access panel of the printer.
3.
Look for paper through the opened back panel. Remove
any paper you find jammed.
4.
Close the back access panel. Make sure that it
latches into place and looks the same way it did before you opened it.
5.
Open the front or top access panel. This is the panel
you use to access ink cartridges. If the carriage that holds the ink cartridges
moves, then you forgot to unplug the printer. Go back and do that now. Look for
paper that may be jammed in this area of the printer.
6.
Remove any paper you find jammed here. There will be
resistance from the paper feeder, so pull slowly or the paper will rip and
create a more serious problem.
7.
Close the front access panel. Make sure that it
latches back into place.
8.
Plug the printer in and attempt to print again. If
you can print successfully, you have removed the paper jam.
Hope this helps.

well with my experience with my opinion crappy lexmark printers there is a senser on the fuser behind the cover it could be jammed down saying there is paper in the fuser when there isnt try lifting it and then flicking it down a few times to work it loose so it springs back all the time and then re-assemble the printer and try it now. hope that works for you had the same problem at work with another model and that is what was wrong with it. good luck

SOURCE: My canon MP620 Paper Jam Pull out the Jam Paper Al
There are pieces of paper stock on the sensor, when the paper jam happened then you pull out the paper did you get the whole page of the paper or have missing pieces? open the paper guide, turn off and on the printer and observe the unusual objects in the roller, this error is caused by objects in the sensor.
